New guinea pig!

Hi,

I got another female guinea pig. She olny 4 weeks old. I was walking out of petco with timothy hay when a lady approched me. And asked me if I had a guinea pig and I told her I did and she asked me to take her because she was deadly alergic to them and petco won't let her return her. I took the piggie to the vet and they told me she is very healthy. She is very skittish, but adorable. I'v decided to name her Kloie. She's so adorable she litteraly fits in the palm of my hand. Well, I thought I'd let everyone know.

Yeah, she just bought her a couple days ago and petco only allows trades. She basicly just was born. And yeah, I will as soon as I can.

Okay, I heard it's normal for guinea pigs to chase egother whe they are getting use to egother, but somtimes they don't and somtimes they litterally chase egother. Is it normal? Will it stop? Like Millie chases Kloie and is it because Millies trying to show her who's boss? Like I feel like Millies being mean.

They're just sorting out the pecking order and sorting out who's boss. My guinea-pigs did it when I added more sows to their group. They should sort it out within a week or two, mine did, and they will chase each other clicking their teeth at each other. Only seperate them if they properly fight and draw blood but in sows this is very rare.

Okay, thank you so much. Yeah, there just chasing egother and sniffing, but luckily no blood being drawn.

Okay, thank you. I asumed Mille is just trying to tell Kloie who's boss, but it seems like Kloie likes to push Millies buttons. Every time Kloie comes out to eat, drink, or sniff aroud Millie comes running out. I wish they would love egother right away.

I woke up this morning and Millie and Kloie were together in the igloo. They like seem to be tottaly fine with egother. I'm so happy!

Kloie has a little sneeze is there anything I can to to help her? And is it bad if guinea pigs have colds?

My guinea-pigs sneeze sometimes, I've never really done anything about it

It's great they're getting on so well, some guinea-pigs sort the pecking order out quickly but others take a while

I was so happy that they decided to get along quick.

Yay, I'm glad they're friends! I love seeing them snuggle up with new friends for the first time.

Yeah, there so adorable and snuggling together.

Aww, that's cute. My sows get along well but they don't really cuddle together much, they talk to each other and sit next to each other when they eat, and they don't fight or anything but they aren't very sociable with each other.

Yeah, at night they snuggle together and I can't take one out without the other.
