Forum Tidy Up

The forum has been tidied up a bit today. A few of the sections on the forum weren't used very much and so I have moved them to be inside other sections to make the forum look a bit better and to make it easier to use.
Guinea-Pigs Looking for Homes has been removed as it is not used, although it may return in a few weeks time if it's needed.
