Guinea-Pigs Cannot Swim!!

I have seen sooo many videos of people literally dropping their guinea-pigs into water on youtube and going 'hey look they can swim!' and when they were told that no, guinea-pigs cannot swim, they say 'but he enjoys it'. This guinea-pig was swimming to the sides to get out as soon as it got it, now that is obviously not a guinea-pig that enjoys it.

Sorry, just need a little rant here I wish people would really do some research before they get a guinea-pig because if they did they would have realized that although guinea-pigs can swim, they do not enjoy it and I don't think guinea-pigs should be put in water anyway really, apart from baths when required but they do not need a lot of water for that. It just makes me so mad that some people don't think before they get pets!
