Why have you chosen the names you have for your guinea-pigs?

My guinea-pigs are called Dave and Joey and I named Joey because the guy I live with was watching Friends when I bought the guinea-pigs home and he suggested Joey. My Mum suggested Dave so that stuck too. Why have you chosen the names you have for your guinea-pigs?

Heh, my mum named all our guinea pigs. Badger's a silver agouti, and she thought he just looked like a badger! The others are, Arthur, Rosie, Annie, and Alfie. I actually really don't like Annie as a name, so I usually call her Bubba.

I don't know how I chose Tara and Layla, I just liked the names

It's actually rather wierd when I was driving home when I adopted Millie I was looking at signs and saw mile and instintly though of Millie and she looks just like a Millie. Yeah, that's a very wierd way to name them, but I'm uniqe.

Marmalade and Edie came with their names. Barry was a boar that was used for breeding by another person and he was called Barron when I got him, which I thought was odd because Barron means infertile and he'd been used for breeding Anyway, I wanted to change it and I just shortened it to Barry. With Amber I couldn't decide between Amber and Honey and I chose Amber. I let my sister name Roy, And Billy is called Billy-Bob which I just said randomly one day and liked it haha

I named one of mine Parsley becuase he likes parsley, another one Smudge becuase he has a brown smude of fur over his eye and tmy 3rd one Oliver because i told my little brother he could name him and he Likes Oliver Twist at the time. .

Shadow and Coco are named for there colouring.Well got Princess when I was 8 so that sort of explains it self
